We are excited about this wine kit. RQ released a limited edition Cabernet Sauvignon from France many years ago, which was superb. Blended with a French Merlot (which they create in a regular 6-week kit) should make this Limited Edition Kit exquisite.

TASTING NOTES

Dark plum and ripe cherry on the nose, with a warm undercurrent of mocha and subtle oak. Medium-bodied and well-structured on the palate, with smooth tannins and a finish that settles deep and stays.

Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot belongs at the heart of an unhurried meal.
Serve alongside a classic French onion soup with a good crusty bread or braised beef short ribs.
