Most wine kits take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the specific kit you choose. Once your wine is ready, you will return for a scheduled 30-minute bottling appointment.

How many bottles of wine does one kit make?

Each wine kit typically makes 28 to 30 bottles of wine. You can bring your own bottles or purchase new bottles in store.

What is included in the $70 winery fee?

The $70 winery fee includes preparation of your wine kit, daily monitoring, degassing, stabilizing, clearing, filtration, corks, and access to winery-grade equipment for sanitizing, filling, corking, and applying shrink tops.

Do I have to make and monitor the wine myself?

No. After you choose your wine kit and sprinkle the yeast, the wine crafting process is handled for you in a temperature-controlled environment. Your main job is to return when the wine is ready, sanitize your bottles, fill or bag the wine, cork it, and add any labels or shrink caps you choose.
