Cru International 8L, 5 week wine kits offer country specific grape juice and concentrates that create an exquisite wine, requiring little aging. The addition of Genuwine Winery Dried Grape Skins in the reds and Suss Reserve pack in some of our whites enhances the taste profile and bouquet. Yield is 23L or 30 bottles of 750mL.

German Gewurztraminer: Made in the style of one of Germany’s most renowned whites, this Gewurztraminer style is balanced and crisp with bold tropical fruits on the palate.

Light-bodied with aromas of passion fruit, pineapple, elderflowers, and lychee, a sip of this wine will treat your palate to an impressive lineup of tropical and stone fruit. A luscious blend with flavours and aromas of peach, apricot, baked apple, and pear.

California Chardonnay: This soft white California wine also has a hint of tropical fruit.Captivating flavours of green apple and tropical fruit enhance an upfront floral bouquet as is expected by the finest California Chardonnays. It will develop to reveal layers of ripe fruit and integrated oak.

Italian Pinot Grigio: An enticing deep apple and grapefruit bouquet with apple and citrus notes that follow through to the palate and linger with a dry finish. This Pinot Grigio is made in the true northern Italian style.

Italian Verdicchio Style: Herbal Aromas dominate the bouquet, while flavours of lemon and pear entice the palate. The finish is crisp and clean. A refreshing style white wine.
