Island Mist Premium Fruit Flavored Wine Kits are a combination of natural fruit flavoring & concentrate which produce a light alcohol (6.5% - 7.5%) drink that is lighter and more fruity than table wines.

White Wine

Green Apple: The flavour sensation of biting into a crisp, crunchy green apple, with a pleasant tartness followed by a delicious juicy finish. Natural apple flavours blend perfectly with the lively apple notes that are one of Riesling’s delightful trademarks. Clean, cool and crisp – a wonderful balance of apple flavour with the slight acidity and firm character of the Riesling grape.

Mango Citrus: Island Mist Mango Citrus will feature juicy ripe mango complimented with a bright citrus twist of grapefruit, orange and lemon flavours

Peach Apricot: Delicious peach and apricot flavours are blended with white wine variety for a thirst-quenching delight. The result is irresistibly refreshing and perfect for any occasion.

Pineapple Pear: Juicy sweet pears, succulent, ripe pineapple, and a bright and flowery fragrance. Firm acidity from the Pinot Grigio gives it mouth watering juiciness and a refreshing finish.

Black Cherry: You'll enjoy the super enhanced Pinot Noir varietal characteristics of fresh red berries and luscious black cherries.

Black Raspberry: Ruby red in colour, this flavourful blend accentuates the qualities that make the Merlot grape varietal so appealing. The aroma and flavours of freshly picked, ripe raspberries merge with the lush richness of berries and fruit that naturally burst from the Merlot grape.

Blackberry: The natural combination of slight tart acidity with the pleasant sweetness that makes blackberries so appealing is perfect with the robust and lively Cabernet backing. 

Blood Orange Sangia : Juicy blood orange and ripe peach with crisp apple undertones.

Blueberry: The tangy, sweet burst of blueberry combines witht the light-medium body and cherry-spice flavours of the Pinot Noir to bring an intense, yet not overpowering, fruit flavour to your palate.

Pomegranate: The Pomegranate’s earthy, rich juice balances with Zinfandel’s spicy, robust grapes creating a delicate spicy sweetness that has a particular uniqueness on the first sip and leaves you wanting more.
