Dessert Chocolate Wine Sauce
Nothing says Valentines like dark chocolate and wine. Create a decadent chocolate wine sauce to drizzle over fresh berries, cheesecake, or let your imagination run wild. In just five minutes and three simple ingredients you can take your dessert from simple to seductive. Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups red wine 6 ounces dark chocolate (such as Ghiradelli) 3 tablespoons coconut sugar Directions: Heat wine in a saucepan over high heat until reduced to about 1 1/2 cups, about 5 minutes. Mix chocolate and coconut sugar into wine; cook, stirring frequently, until sauce is smooth and glossy, about 5 minutes.
